Shahid Afridi have tested positive for Coronavirus

The Former Pakistani Cricket All-rounder Shahid Afridi says he has tested positive for Covid-19. The dangerous coronavirus, which have been affecting the world more than 5 months, now former Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi have also affected by the coronavirus. He says that he was feeling unwell since Thursday and his body had been aching badly.

Afridi took this on Twitter saying that,"I've been feeling unwell since Thursday; my body had been aching badly. I've been tested and unfortunately I'm covid positive. Need prayers for a speedy recovery, InshaAllah."
Afridi also involved in the charity work of people who affected by Covid-19 through his SA Foundation. Even Last month, he purchased cricket bat of Mushfiqur Rahim for the Covid-19 charity for his foundation. Mushfiqur Rahim puts his memorable cricket bat into auction for the people who got affected by coronavirus in his country Bangladesh. Shahid Afridi bought his cricket bat for $20,000 USD on behalf of his foundation. Afridi said after purchased the cricket bat that,"Cricket is to bind. In the divisive world of today, we must look forward to better tomorrow; it's always upto us to take first step. SA Foundation believes human suffering & empathy is beyond borders. Hope this small token will help building bigger bridges."

The 40-year-old Pakistani All-rounder have played 27 Tests, 398 ODIs & 99 T20Is for Pakistan National Team. In that, he have scored 1716 runs in Tests, 8064 runs in ODIs & 1416 runs in T20Is. In bowling, he took 48 wickets in Tests, 395 wickets in ODIs & 98 wickets in T20Is. Afridi had the record of fastest ODI century in 37 balls. Then the record was broke by New Zealand player Corey Anderson in 36 balls in 2014. Currently AB De Villiers holds the record for fastest ODI century in 31 balls against West Indies in 2015.
